Front Office Supervisor (Fulltime)
As a Front Office Supervisor, you play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure.

What you will do:
• Supervise daily Front Office operations, including reception, check-in, and check-out procedures.
• Support and guide Front Desk Agents to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and cash-handling procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Your profile:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
