Bellman Supervisor (Fulltime)
As a Bellman Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the Bell Desk team and ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional first and last impression for every guest.

What you will do:
• Supervise and coordinate daily Bell Desk operations and team activities.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly assistance with luggage, transportation, and directions.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and group movements efficiently.
• Train, coach, and motivate Bellmen to uphold service and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of guest luggage.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office and Security to support guest flow and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Bell Desk and storage areas.
Your profile:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bell Services or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on service attitude.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
